Custom Tract Design

One of our main purposes for starting PinPoint Gospel Tracts is to give Christians everywhere, who are zealous to share the Gospel, a chance to create a custom gospel tract at a low price that is perfect for their area, situation or event. Or maybe you just have a great idea for a custom gospel tract and want to use it to reach the lost! If this sounds like what you are looking for, then let's get started!

We also want to help out Pastors and local Churches who are concerned about the lost, but who are also concerned about follow-up and discipleship. A custom gospel tract can give you a peace of mind and help you do all three things. As you pass out your custom gospel tracts, the recipients will also receive information about your local Church, giving you an opportunity to follow-up and potentially disciple them, should they get saved. It is every pastor's responsibility to lead their flock in evangelism. Are you neglecting this? WE CAN HELP YOU!
1) Contact us with your ideas for your custom gospel tract: GO HERE
2) Decide what size you want your custom gospel tract to be and what quantity you want to order. You can see some of the sizes, quantities and prices we offer towards the bottom of this webpage.
3) Make a down payment on your order, to start the design process on your custom gospel tract
4) You will receive proofs of your custom gospel tract via email, for you to review
5) If you want changes made, we will make changes until your custom gospel tract is exactly the way you want it to be
6) Once you approve a set of proofs for your custom gospel tract, you will now complete paying for your order
7) We will then begin the printing of your custom gospel tracts and ship them to you when the printing process has completed
8) You receive your custom gospel tracts and get them into the hands of many people who need them Each person has a different level of involvement that they would like to have in their custom gospel tract. Some people want to be involved in the design of their own custom gospel tract to the very last detail (fonts, colors, pictures, graphics), while others have only a very basic idea what they want their custom gospel tract to look like. Some even want us to write the message on their custom gospel tract for them! We can work with either extreme or anywhere in between!

To start off on the road to your new custom gospel tract, look through the list at the bottom of this page to figure out the size and quantity of gospel tract you would like us to create. In the list, you will find some of the different sizes currently available for custom gospel tracts and the costs for each one. Contact Us if you want a size or quantity that is not listed- we still should be able to help you. As you will see, each size and style has a minimum quantity associated with it. This is done for a couple reasons. First, it is simply not possible for us to spend hours designing a custom gospel tract if all you want to order is 100 tracts. The other reason is that our printing company runs specials on higher quantities, so the price-per-gospel tract goes down as your order quantity goes up (you can see this with the prices down below).

Next, simply Contact Us to let us know the size and quantity you would like to order. In your email, also let us know what you have in mind for your custom gospel tract. You can also include any ideas you have for the front of your custom gospel tract, the message for the back of your custom gospel tract (if you have the whole message written out, please send that), as well as any graphics, photos, or other images that you think will be useful in creating your custom gospel tract.

We will then give you a quote for you custom gospel tract request. At that point, you will be asked to make a down payment on your order. Generally speaking, we usually require customers to pay for half of the total price of their order as a down payment. This is required before we will begin any design work.

We will work with whatever ideas you have, as well as incorporating our own ideas in order to create the best custom gospel tract possible. We will keep you informed regularly through email, and will make as many changes to your custom gospel tract as is needed in order to get everything just right! Once the design is approved, we will send you one final proof for you to approve. Once you approve of the final proof, you will complete paying for your order. Payment is expected immediately upon final approval of design work. Once you have completely paid for your custom gospel tract order, we will begin the printing process!

About 5-15 days (depending on the tract) after you make payment for your custom gospel tracts, you should receive them in the mail. Your tracts can be delivered to you more quickly than that, but the price will increase (sometimes significantly) to pay for faster shipping or faster printing. Your custom gospel tracts will be shipped via UPS Ground. So, if you need your custom gospel tract by a certain date, please Contact Usas soon as possible to get the process started. We would ask that you try to give us 20-30 days (if possible) for design, printing, and delivery of your custom gospel tract. It may require more time than that or much less time than that, depending on the number of custom gospel tracts we have lined up to design and what you want done for your custom gospel tract. Thanks.

The design process can take anywhere from one day to several weeks, depending on the type of tract, how complicated it is to create, how many revisions are made, as well as how many custom gospel tract orders we are working on at that time. The more information and ideas you give us to work with at the beginning, the quicker the process will be.The prices that you see down below are the prices you get. The only cost missing from the custom gospel tract prices below is the price to ship the custom gospel tracts to you. Once you give us your shipping address, we can give you the full price for your custom gospel tract order. There are no hidden costs! There is a small fee incorporated into each price below to compensate us for the time and energy we spend on designing your custom gospel tract. We don't charge much because we want to help you reach the lost with the best quality custom gospel tracts at the lowest possible prices. If you don't think that our prices are fair, then let us know by Contacting Us and maybe we can talk. From what we have seen, our Custom Gospel Tract prices are some of the lowest around!Once again, shipping charges ARE NOT INCLUDED in the prices you see down below. Those prices are for the design and printing of tracts ONLY. We will let you know the price for shipping your custom gospel tracts after you provide us with a full shipping address. The amount will vary depending on the amount of tracts ordered (due to weight and box size) and the address being shipped to (distance). Unless otherwise stated by us, the prices below are for tracts printed on the highest quality cardstock or paper available, full color on both sides and UV coating on at least one side. You can request to have Matte printing instead of UV coating at no extra cost. Also, it will not lower the price to print in black and white or color on only one side. The specifications of your custom gospel tract will be made known to you before we start designing for you. Custom gospel tracts and bulk order gospel tracts will NOT be shrink wrapped. They will come to you the same way they come from the printer to us: loose, but very carefully packed in rows. If you are simply printing gospel tracts through us that YOU have designed, then none of the following restrictions apply to you. If we have designed your custom gospel tracts for you, then here's the deal: Once we have created the custom gospel tract files for you, you are NOT allowed to use those files to print your custom gospel tracts through someone other than us (we don't send our customer print-quality files anyway, so it would be very difficult to do this). We are all Christians, so trusting you shouldn't be a problem. In the future, when you want to order more of your custom gospel tract, you can order them through us. You can resell your custom gospel tracts at whatever price you like and to whomever you like. You can resell them online or in person. It doesn't matter to us. When it comes to us selling the idea you came up with, we are allowed to sell it to whomever we want, in whatever way we want and for whatever price we choose because we are the ones who designed it. This is our agreement with you. By asking us to design a custom gospel tract for you, you are automatically agreeing to this.

The sizes, quantity and prices are down below, so let's get started! Remember though, shipping is NOT included in the prices below. NOTE: If there is a size you would like your custom gospel tract to be, that isn't listed below, then just Contact Us and we should be able to help you out...
