Some of the Epstein Files have finally been released by the DOJ. Will we ever have them all? Have they redacted too much? What has been revealed in them? One thing we definitely know for sure is that there are some very powerful people who are seriously corrupt, perverted and depraved! Another thing we know for sure is what the Bible says: “be sure your sin will find you out” (Num 32:23). There’s no hiding your sin from God! Will justice ever be served on earth for all those guilty of heinous crimes related to the Epstein files? Probably not. But, there will be no escaping the perfect and pure justice of God! “For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad” (2 Cor 5:10). What about you? How will you do on that day? Sure, maybe you’re not as completely nefarious as Jeffrey Epstein and his degenerate friends, but you’ve definitely sinned against God! The Bible says that fornicators, idolaters, adulterers, homosexuals, thieves, covetous and drunkards won’t inherit God’s Kingdom (1 Cor 6:9-10). Jesus said that the lustful are in trouble (Matt 5:28-30) and that liars will end up in Hell (Rev 21:8). How are you doing? Thank God you haven’t died in your sins yet! There is hope for you! Jesus was beaten, bruised and crucified for you (Isaiah 53). Jesus died for sinners (Rom 5:6-8) and for a purpose - that you would stop living for yourself and start living for Him (2 Cor 5:15). As a sinner, how should you respond to what Jesus did? Confess and forsake your sins and He will give you mercy (Prov 28:13). Repent of your sins and be converted (Acts 3:19). Turn in faith to the one who suffered, died and rose again. You don’t know when you will die. Your life is like a vapor (James 1:13-14)! Give your life to Jesus while you still can!
